Purpose: This visit is a comprehensive primary care intake, where we perform a detailed health assessment and establish your care plan. Cost: The total fee for this visit is $119. If you have insurance, we accept major commercial insurance plans, Medicare, and Medicaid. Your insurance may cover part or all of the visit. Important Details: The New Primary Care Patient Appointment is available to patients who have completed the Meet and Greet and been accepted into the practice. The meet and Greet appointment is required prior to booking this visit
