We are a comprehensive Primary Care - Integrated Functional Medicine Clinic with locations in Staunton and Verona, VA. At our clinic, we blend the best of conventional and functional medicine to provide comprehensive primary care. This integrative approach allows us to offer personalized care that addresses the root causes of health issues, promoting overall wellness.

Our Approach

We offer a full range of primary care services, focusing on preventive health, early diagnosis, and effective treatment of acute and chronic illnesses. Our functional medicine approach looks at the body as a whole, understanding how lifestyle, nutrition, and environmental factors impact health. We aim to create personalized treatment plans that optimize health and prevent disease.

Insurance and Self-Pay Options:

Accepted Insurances: We participate with most major insurance plans to make accessing our care as convenient as possible. This includes:

  • UnitedHealthcare (UHC)

  • Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS)

In-House PCP Insurance Program: For patients without insurance or those seeking a more predictable cost structure, we offer an in-house primary care program for our member patients. For a monthly fee starting at just $30/month ($840/year), our plan includes:

  • Office visits for just $99

  • One annual preventive visit

  • Annual baseline labs: TSH, PSA (if male), HbA1c, CMP, lipid panel, and CBC-d

  • AI-scored health risk assessment with biological age calculation and personalized recommendations based on results

  • In-house CLIA waived tests recommended during office visit at Cost + 15% (ie: UA, Flu, strep test, etc.)

  • Procedural equipment, medication, and injections charged at Cost + 15%

  • Now offering Access to low-cost labs for patients on this plan as well

    • You will receive a 35% discount on our bioscreening programs, which include a variety of advanced tests and assessments designed to optimize your health. These are labs above and beyond what a normal primary care practice would do for routine testing.
